Your Expansion Era

gets to begin again and again....

I realized it’s always our expansion era, as long as we let it be and if you’re reading this, you’re ready to take things up a notch.

I’m super excited to end the year in the best energy and step into 2026 on fire in the best way.

I noticed one thing that holds people back from making this decision to expand is because of ideas that it comes with more work or more pressure that they don’t think they can or want to handle and that’s when fear can cause the avoidance of everything you actually want (which is so crazy right?)

But I have found the opposite to be true with the practices and the method I use.

When I decide to expand and use the ancient energy practices to support me, as I do I am able to handle the pressure with more grace and I manifest more support, more time, more abundance so it is LESS work, not more.

I think of it as a I think of it as a river. When you try to swim against it, you get tired, frustrated, and stuck. But when you move with the current, the water carries you, it might get intense at times but you are flowin’ in the current. You don’t have to work harder, the river supports you, guides you, and opens space for you to flow further than you could on your own.

Of course, there are tests and challenges but it’s all easier when you are in the flow.

It’s this energy of let yourself be carried. Let your expansion feel easier, more supported, and aligned with you.

So depending where in your journey you are at, you might not even know what you’re ready for, but your body, your intuition, and your soul know. That’s why you’re here. You’ve probably felt the pull, that little whisper (OR SCREAM ha) in your chest or mind telling you that life can feel different, better, more expansive. That the gifts you’ve been holding back, the ideas you’ve been afraid to speak, the clarity you crave, it’s all waiting for you.

When I lost my mom, I thought my world had ended. I was 29 (hello Saturn Return), and suddenly everything I had been building felt… pretty meaningless.

But that grief and that emptiness became my portal. It forced me to go inward, to listen to the whispers I’d been ignoring for years, to face the parts of me I didn’t want to look at. And that’s when I used kundalini yoga, meditation, and the practices that transformed my nervous system, my clarity, and eventually my business to support me in ways I didn’t realize were possible.

And now from teaching it to others, I know it’s possible for anyone who wants to, to experience it as well.
